Payments

To place an order and make a payment to Twilight Entertainment Zone please follow steps 1 to 3 below and then read the relevant section regarding the payment method you wish to use.

1. Select the products you would like to purchase and add them to your cart.

2. Select the required delivery method, the total cost of your order will now be displayed.

3. Click on 'Checkout' to proceed to the next page, this is where you provide us with your contact details. When you have finished click 'Continue', you will now be prompted to select your method of payment.

To Pay Using Credit/Debit Cards
Select the 'Pay using Credit/Debit card' option, this will take you to our secure online server. Follow the instructions to complete your order. All credit and debit card details are processed on our secure server, we do not store any of your card details in our system.

To Pay Using PayPal
Select the 'Pay via PayPal online' option and sign into your PayPal account. Follow PayPal's instructions to complete your payment.

To Pay Using a Cheque/Postal Order
Select the 'Pay via Cheque' option, you will then be given full instructions on where to send your cheque/postal order to. All cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Twilight Entertainment Zone. When we receive your cheque/postal order you will be sent a conformation email. We will not cash your cheque until pre-ordered items are in stock unless you instruct us otherwise.

To Pay Using a Bank Transfer
Select the 'Pay via Bank Transfer (BACS)' option, you will then be given our bank details, write them down not forgetting to note down your order number as well. You can use your online bank or any high street bank to make your payment, whichever you choose you will be asked to provide the information you were given on our bank details page. When you are asked for your reference please enter your order number. Our account is held at HSBC Bank therefore any transfers made through HSBC are usually processed the same day, all other banks 3-5 working days.

Shipping

Shipping Times
All products in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your payment, from then your order should take around 2-4 working days to arrive within the UK. Residents outside the UK should expect their orders to arrive within 5-14 working days after dispatch. Pre-ordered items are dispatched as soon as they arrive in stock. You will receive an email from us informing you when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, if you purchase more than one product in any single order you will save on postage costs compared to paying for each product sent out individually, however if you are ordering any pre-order items it is important that you read the 'Shipping & Pre-orders' section below.
When you select your delivery method at the checkout you will be shown the total cost of postage as well as the total cost of your order including postage. This information is displayed before you are asked to enter any of your contact and payment details. If you are unhappy with the total cost you can remove the products from your cart to cancel the order.

Shipping & Pre-orders
If you wish to purchase any products that are not available until a later date we advise that you do not combine them with other products in one single order as the checkout process will automatically combine the weight thus lowering the postage cost for each individual item. It would therefore be too expensive for us to send out each product as a separate package meaning you would have to wait until all the products in your order are in stock before we can dispatch them.

Outside UK, Over 2kg Orders
Royal Mail uses a system where any packages weighing over 2kg delivered outside the UK can become rather expensive. If you live outside the UK and have ordered several items and your total postage cost is over £30.00 this is because your total order weighs over 2kg. Making more than one smaller order will resolve this problem and save you a lot of money.
